Many VelouraSolene dresses are prepared to order. The estimated processing and delivery timing shown on the product page or at checkout applies to your order. Custom requests may require additional time.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.

International delivery

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Address changes and delays

Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters production or fulfillment. Carrier or customs delays may occur outside our control, but we will help you review available tracking information.
