Returns & Size Exchanges

Standard-size orders

If you need a different standard size, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of marks or fragrance, and returned with original tags and packaging. Approved size exchanges are subject to availability. The buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Custom and made-to-measure orders

Made-to-measure orders, custom colors, design modifications, and completely new designs created at a customer’s request cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or damaged items

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged, contact support@velourasolene.com within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
