Refund policy

Returns and size exchanges

VelouraSolene does not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. For standard-size orders, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery if you need a size exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of marks or fragrance, and returned with original tags and packaging. Exchanges are subject to size availability, and the buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.

Custom orders

Made-to-measure orders, custom color requests, design modifications, and completely new designs created at the customer’s request are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Incorrect or damaged items

Contact support@velourasolene.com within 5 calendar days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. After review, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may take up to 10 business days to post the funds.

Order changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change an order. Once production or fulfillment has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
